Due to the limited availability and the high demand expected during the sale, items are not reserved until you complete the checkout process. We recommend checking out promptly to secure your preferred items.

Due to limited time, once an order is placed, we cannot change, add to, or cancel it. We appreciate your understanding and recommend double-checking your order details before finalising your purchase.

Once the items being shipped, unfortunately, we cannot change any addresses or order details. We advise you to check your order and address thoroughly before checking out to avoid any issue. You will receive an email with your tracking number once your order is shipped.

PROCESSING orders during our Birthday Sale may take longer than usual. Our team is working diligently to dispatch orders as quickly as possible. We appreciate your patience and will send a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order is on its way.
Estimated shipping times from DISPATCH are as follows:
- Within Australia: 2-5 business days.
- International (Australia Post): Up to 15 business days.
- International (DHL): 2-5 business days.
Please note that courier delivery times may vary and are not guaranteed.
Orders containing a pre-order item will be held until the pre-order item is in stock. If you would like your other items sent earlier please purchase in two separate transactions.

Items purchased during our Birthday Sale are eligible only for store credit (valid for 3 years) or exchange if in stock. Refunds are not available.

If you need to exchange an item, please be aware that exchanges depend on online availability. If the item you're exchanging is not in stock when we process your request, you'll be given a store credit with 3 years validity. Return and shipping costs might apply.
The value of an item is based on the amount you paid as shown on your invoice. If you're exchanging for a different item, the value of the new item will be based on its current online price at the time of the exchange. We cannot honor discounts from previous sales or promotions.
