We dispatch orders within 48 hours of your order date, except during new releases or sale periods, which may take a little longer. Orders containing a pre-order item will be held until the pre-order item is in stock, the entire order will then be sent in the next day’s dispatch. If you would like your other items sent earlier please purchase in two separate transactions. Shipping time is an estimated 2-5 business days from dispatch, however, we cannot guarantee Australia Post shipping times. Please note that couriers might experience shipping delays for reasons that is beyond our knowledge as a seller. In case of rejected delivery due to the Customer error and the package is being returned to sender by Australia Post, we can do redelivery with additional shipping fee which is to be paid by the Customer. In the rare circumstance that a parcel is missing, Pliē can assist to contact the courier to locate it. Investigation times vary by service and the resolution will depend on the report findings. Pliē can not be held responsible for deliveries once they have left our warehouse. |
