Shipping within Australia
Orders over $150 AUD: FREE Standard Shipping, or choose Express Shipping for $5.00 AUD
Orders less than $150 AUD: Standard Shipping for $11.90 or Express Shipping for $16.90 AUD

Shipping to New Zealand
Orders over $150 NZD: FREE Standard Shipping to NZ Orders less than $150 NZD: Standard Shipping for $15 NZD

Express Shipping to New Zealand is $20 NZD via Australia Post or $59 NZD via DHL Express.

International Shipping
Shipping to other countries starts at $15 USD via Australia Post.

 

We dispatch orders within 48 hours of your order date, except during new releases or sale periods, which may take a little longer.

Orders containing a pre-order item will be held until the pre-order item is in stock, the entire order will then be sent in the next day’s dispatch. If you would like your other items sent earlier please purchase in two separate transactions.

Shipping time is an estimated 2-5 business days from dispatch, however, we cannot guarantee Australia Post shipping times. Please note that couriers might experience shipping delays for reasons that is beyond our knowledge as a seller.

In case of rejected delivery due to the Customer error and the package is being returned to sender by Australia Post, we can do redelivery with additional shipping fee which is to be paid by the Customer.

In the rare circumstance that a parcel is missing, Pliē can assist to contact the courier to locate it. Investigation times vary by service and the resolution will depend on the report findings. Pliē can not be held responsible for deliveries once they have left our warehouse.

For Australia & New Zealand Orders:

1. Visit our Return Portal to select the item(s) you'd like to return and provide a reason for each return.
[Note: Please select all items you want to return. Additional items not specified will not be processed for a refund]

2. Once you click “Submit Return,” you will receive a prepaid return label.

3. Prepare your item(s):
Ensure the item(s) are unworn, unwashed, and have all tags still attached.
Place the item(s) in their original packaging.

4. Attach your prepaid shipping label:
Download and print the return label.
Tape it securely to the parcel, ensuring the barcode remains visible.

5. Send your return:
Drop off your parcel at any Australia Post Office.

6. Confirmation:
Watch for an email confirmation once your return has been received and your refund, store credit, or exchange is processed.

For any other Countries:

Contact us at hello@plieaustralia.com.au to initiate your return.
We are unable to issue a pre-paid return label. The shipping cost incurred for returning item(s) would be at your expense and would not be reimbursed by Pliē Shapewear.

Simply wash your PLIĒ inside a laundry bag.
Machine wash COLD for 30 minutes or under.
Dry under the shades. No Dryer.

No return or exchanges on your Pliē FREE gift. Both purchased product and the free gift product must be returned to be eligible for Refunds / Pliē Store Credit.

Simply return the unworn, unwashed products in its original condition including packaging, within 30-days with all tags intact.
