Terms & Conditions — Dyson Airwrap i.d. Win With Purchase

1. By entering this competition, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. By making a purchase during the competition period, you acknowledge and accept these Terms & Conditions.
   
2. The promoter is Pliē Shapewear (“the Promoter”), Instagram handle @plie_shapewear.
   
3. The competition is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over. Employees of the Promoter and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
   
4. The competition is valid for Australia orders only.
   
5. The competition opens on Friday, 11 September 2026 at 12:00 AM AEST and closes on Wednesday, 23 September 2026 at 11:59 PM AEST.
   
6. No separate entry or registration is required. Every eligible purchase made during the competition period will automatically be entered into the competition.
   
7. Every purchase of any Pliē physical product earns one (1) entry into the competition. Orders with a total value of $180 or more will earn three (3) entries.
   
8. Entries will remain valid if an order is partially returned for store credit or exchange. However, if an order is returned for a refund, all entries associated with that order will be forfeited and will no longer be eligible for the prize draw.
   
9. One (1) winner will be selected at random from all valid entries on Saturday, 26 September 2026.
   
10. The winner will be announced during the @plieshapewear Instagram Live on Saturday, 26 September 2026 at 10:00 AM AEST and will also be contacted privately by email using the email address provided with their order.
    
11. The Promoter will only contact the winner using the official @plieshapewear Instagram account and/or the email address provided with their order. Please do not provide personal information to any other account claiming that you have won. If you are unsure, refer to the official Pliē Shapewear Instagram account and the original competition post to confirm the official announcement.
    
12. The prize is one (1) Dyson Airwrap i.d.™ in Ceramic Pink/Rose Gold, valued at $849 AUD.
    
13. The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and not redeemable for cash. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if required.
    
14. The winner may be required to provide reasonable proof of identity, age and eligibility before the prize is awarded.
    
15. The winner’s name and/or social media username may be published on the Promoter’s social media channels in connection with the competition.
    
16. The Promoter is not responsible for any lost, late, incomplete, invalid, corrupted or misdirected entries, or for any technical issues that may prevent an entry from being received or processed.
    
17. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter will not be liable for any loss, damage or injury suffered in connection with participation in the competition or acceptance or use of the prize.
    
18. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram.
    
19. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend or modify the competition if unforeseen circumstances arise that are beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control.
    
20. The Promoter’s decision is final, subject to applicable Australian consumer and competition laws, and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the outcome of the competition.
