The sale includes our entire range, sitewide, offering a range from 30% to 60% discount off all full priced items.

No, you don’t need a discount code. The price shown is already discounted. No code can be applied during Mid Year Sale.

We're committed to processing orders as quickly as possible to ensure you receive your items promptly. Once an order is placed, we cannot change, add to, or cancel it. We appreciate your understanding and recommend double-checking your order details before finalising your purchase.

Once the items being shipped, unfortunately, we cannot change any addresses or order details. We advise you to check your order and address thoroughly before checking out to avoid any issue. You will receive an email with your tracking number once your is shipped.

Due to the limited availability and the high demand expected during the sale, items are not reserved until you complete the checkout process. We recommend checking out promptly to secure your preferred items.

Items purchased on sale or during a promotion, include Mid Year Sale, are eligible only for return in exchange for Pliē Store Credit (valid for 3 years) or an exchange if the product is in stock.

Free shipping is applied when the final amount after discounts is above $150. Valid for shipping to Australia and New Zealand.

If the free product was not added to your order, unfortunately, we are unable to provide a replacement.

If you need to exchange an item, please be aware that exchanges depend on online availability. If the item you're exchanging is not in stock when we process your request, you'll be given a store credit with 3 years validity.
The value of an item is based on the amount you paid as shown on your invoice. If you're exchanging for a different item, the value of the new item will be based on its current online price at the time of the exchange. We cannot honor discounts from previous sales or promotions.
